THE MOST DUMB COMPANY EVER !!!

I had an extended warranty on my vehicle which had a total installment of 24 months, After paying 14 months of the installments I had saved some cash and decided to call the company innovation group to ask for a settlement amount a special debit was made and the account was settled. <br> <br> The following month I was debited again, I called the company they did not assist me I drove to the bank and returned my debit. I had made many calls of which I have the call recordings asking them to sort this out since October 2015, to date nothing as been done. I received a call stating my extended warranty as been suspended due to my debits being returned.<br> <br> I called the company and they have no records of me settling the account. I have been getting terrible service since October I even made an official complaint all I got was sorry for the inconvenience and the matter was still not solved, I also have lots of emails regarding the same issue. I have proof on my bank statement showing the settlement amount being debited from my account. I was debited again and called and asked them to cancel the debit order as I paid up the whole policy. this month 8 Feb 2016 I was debited again. <br> <br> I see Im no 213
