THE INNOVATION SAGA CONTINUES

I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT CURTIS HAS NOW KNOCKED OFF FOR THE DAY AND HE COULD NOT REACH ME BECAUSE MY PHONE DOES NOT ACCEPT PRIVATE NUMBERS.

DID CURTIS FORGET EMAILS EXIST? MAYBE VOICEMAILS TOO? Is it too much to ask for a company to identify itself when calling clients?

Busiswa duped me into believing that she would escalate the matter to Priya. So now I have finally been included in an email to Curtis and Priya after I refused to hang up until I see the email in my inbox.

It's so touching that Khulakani was worried about Priya being on leave... if only Innovation groups could leave my bank accounts alone, permanently!

Unfortunately Curtis has not been able to resolve this up to this point so excuse those of us who can't take leave from the headache that is innovation group.
