THE INNOVATION GROUP LIES TO GET YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT FOLLOW UP

As predicted the Innovation group despite making a promise to come back to me still have not. Initially someone did call and asked questions. The person then promised to follow up with ford and would come back to me......yea right. Must say I am not surprised at all, they **** about their product so why would this be any different? I am the one ADDITIONALLY out of pocket R1361.40 and they the ones who sold me the initial lie R22 851.75 for the extended maintenance plan and R 4929.82 for the extended warranty *******
