Thank You Mpho Ntsumele for restoring my faith in The Innovation Group

I am re-sharing my reply to Mpho Ntsumele on my original post wrt the Innovation Group, as I would like to change my rating to one of being impressed. The experience dealing with Mpho was impressive and I have my faith restored with the Innovation Group. Hek, what an experience. I need to re-rate the innovation group due to the prompt response from Mpho Ntsumele following my comment above. Mpho informed me that he was going to relook my case to see if could assist me and went into my claim with the innovation group. Yesterday I received my refund and it would even have been earlier if I had timeously submitted the documents he requested. Mpho I am impressed and you deserve 5 stars. I am not only impressed because I received the refund but in the way you managed my claim. Every single time that Mpho said that he would call me, he called back, every email i sent I received a quick response - at least within 24 hrs. That is called SERVICE. The reason that I am so impressed is because I have often dealt with the service industry and mostly you get a response back from your email stating that due to heavy work load and the fact that many staff members are working remotely to please be patient as it takes between 3 to 5 work days to get a response on your query and that even after you have phoned them and they request that you follow up with an email. Most service industries operate that way now.....except for Mpho, during this "relook" into my claim not only was he prompt with returning calls but emails were responded to if not immediately at least within the next day, not even 24hrs later.... NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!! I wish all service providers could be as prompt and efficient instead of making their clients call and mail endlessly to get a response. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO YOU Mpho Ntsumele. Thank you for your prompt service and sticking to your word, we need more Mpho Ntsumeles in the service industry, professional, calm and quick to respond to calls and emails. I most certainly hope that The Innovation group know what a treasure and asset you are to them. If they don't know that then I most certainly hope that they open their eyes and see.
