I would like to commend innovation group for taking it upon themselves to reconsider serving my car. I was really was frustrated when my claim was initially rejected. However the various staff that i spoke to went out of their way to ensure that i get the approval.Thank you for the follow up and feedback. Doctor from the claims department was equally helpful.
