TERRIBLE. UNHELPFUL. USELESS
The most disgusting service!! Unhelpful agents. Won't escalate your call to a manager - say managers are all busy all the time. Been trying to lodge a claim all day and they make it as difficult as possible, ask you to verify yourself 10 times in each call. Spend more time verifying yourself than actually lodging the claim. Useless!
