Terrible Service Received - Never take out a service plan with Innovation Group

I took out a service plan cover with Innovation Group through MFC vehicle finance in 2020. I was well advised that the contract was for a period of two years but will continue paying till I finish paying off my vehicle account. I never had a problem with that. Now I took in my vehicle for a service yesterday ( 04/05/2022) to my surprise I am told that the cover has expired because I have already serviced my car twice already.

Where in the policy document was that mentioned and why was I not told about that by your sales consultant when I took it. May you please go back to your recordings and advise accordingly. Also advise what happens to the available credit of R62k if I cant service my vehicle.
