Terrible Service from Innovation Group

Have had a warranty for a while and just as I try to Use it, Innovation sends their assessor to the dealer to view the damaged. Now my car is standing at the dealer stripped, and no assessor is confirmed coming. This company is a disgrace and I regret taking insurance with them. As a matter of fact, I had requested to sign up two more vehicles from my fleet, but with this nonsense, would rather not. Their agent was just biased on the call. Also they must stop this statement that an assessor will come between 1 mins to 48hrs. Who gonna keep the car stripped this long for an assessor who just does a surprise visit. This is ****! I know they will respond and say the normal send your query to blablabla but this company is just useless. Disappointed!
