Terrible service

Hi All, Just taking this moment to alert all of the **** called Innovations group. They offer ********** extended warranty policies, collect debit orders only to decline all claims without written explanations. They are unprofessional, show no sense of urgency and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Good at sending clients from pillar to post. I write this a very dissapointed customer. I am also dissapointed on Standard bank for offering me such a policy.
