Terrible service and not helpful.

First of all I am so tired of waiting for my money...secondly I dnt have any account with you guys...I dnt even own a car, so why is it I am paying for a car...mfc has R2600 of my money that I was debited frm my account on the 27 August 2017...since den I fone my bank Fnb to try and get my money well dey said dey won't be able to reverse I must go to Nedbank...so I went 1st to Balfour Mall then to Norwood and no1 wanted to help me infact in Norwood 1 lady said I can use the fone to call Mfc...so I did but the agent was not helpful at all...of Goodness sake I want my money back reversed back to my account. ..I don't have any account with you people I just want my money...stop rubbing people...is it because I am a fool and you guys are smart and that is why dis is happening. ..
