Terrible service

Innovation group the most terrible customer service ever!! The lack of urgency in resolving your problems, policy issues that was created by them, long waiting times, sending you from one department to the next, one company to another and most importantly not valuing their customers. It's just a waste of time to have such a policy where they seriously don't value your business. Going through the reviews on hello Peter just says that the innovation group simply "Does NOT Care" I strongly don't recommend innovation group to anyone. Please stay away. Market Toyota please stop offering this service to your clients.
