Terrible Service

I have a maintenance warranty with this company for mechanical breakdowns in my car. When I claimed for the the from shocks of the car, my claim was declined even though I am covered in terms of the plan. My claim was initially declined, after asking question and calling the the company, it was approved but only for R5000.00 which is way less to what I am covered for according to the plan.

I am very frustrated with this because they are not even communicating with me. I wouldn't advise anyone to take this as they give all the excuses in the world when it's time for them to pay.
