Terrible disgusting service

I took my cars for repairs hoping that my power up will pay only to find out that someone made a mistake and punched in the incorrect kilometers. My car is at the dealership, I'm left stranded they don't want to assist. Terrible customer service, been holding for 30 minutes to speak to the manager. This is ridiculous and unacceptable .
