Terrible customer service

One of the worst customer service experiences you can have, the agent that dealt with my call couldn't understand or comprehend simple requests, when asked for a call back from the team leader it did not happen for hours until I had to call again. This service is good to make payments to and get your car services but pray you don't have to actually talk to anyone at that company. There's no human element to the customer service they provide. Absolute WORST
