Tumi<br> <br> Surely you can do your homework before making statements that the product was bought by a dealer.<br> <br> Proof to me that this bought by a dealer, this clearly states that your company does not have any idea what customer service is, as you clearly demonstrated it by making claims without taking it up with someone that has done some research.<br> <br> I will keep on stating facts until such time as I can talk to someone that will LISTEN to my grievances, without telling me that I must read the policy schedule.
