Stuggling to get my refund even though the policy has been cancelled
Requested to cancel my policy on 21 May. Was advised it will take 21 days to get the refund. Eventually had to lodge a complaint on this forum, as they literaly ignored all my enquiries and complaints. Eventually I was contacted and promised the refund will be done on 28 Jun 2024. Today is the 1st of July and still no refund. Will never use their service again
