Steering wheel repairs declined

I took a machenical warranty with them for 2 years it expired without ever claiming. No problem so i renew for another 2 years and the one time i claim they reject my claim as not covered. The policy documents sent to me said my steering wheel machenism is covered (makes no breakdown of components) but when i claim to have it fixed they tell me that not all steeeing wheel components are covered although the documents in my custody clearly states that ALL COMPONENTS ARE COVERED!!!!! Nowhere in my documents does it state that this machenism is not covered. Nowhere. I have been calling innovations trying to get an explaination and the consultant just couldnt provide me with an answer as to why this is not on the documents i was emailed.
