Stay away from their warranties!!!

I've had a reasonably positive experience with one of their service plans purchased through We Buy Cars. It took a bit longer for the service consultants to get authorization from them to proceed with a large service, but they got there in the end and covered every maintenance item (including a pricey timing belt).

As for the warranties - they are not worth the paper they are written on. You purchase them for piece of mind that you're covered if something goes wrong, but no... Claims take days if not weeks, while your car is in the shop, awaiting repairs. They will decline mechanical failure items and tell you / your service consultant that it is a wear item.

Wouldn't be surprised if these guys are on the receiving end of a class-action lawsuit soon.
