Stay away From Motormend Warranty don't pay claims

I have a hyundai getz a month ago the car didn't want to go into a gear so I took the car to hyundai airport kempton park so the technician tested the car and said there's nothing wrong with the car as it was driving so last week the car made the same thing technician stripped the clutch and now all of a sudden the clutch is finished so I have a policy with motormend they refuse to pay and say its because of negligence I'm the second owner of the car I don't even have it for a year so I don't understand how can they say its my fault they don't even know my driver behaviour I personally think they avoiding to pay the claim anyone considering to buy a car and they offer this warranty please don't accept it they don't pay!
