STAY AWAY FROM INNOVATION GROUP OF *********
It's been 5 months now no help from their ombudsman regarding a service plan I bought from them for R6 500 which I was told is for two years or when the kilometres reach 250 000, but when I took my car for service the dealer told me it has expired. They are skelems we had contract with them which they are failing to honor. STAY AWAY FROM INNOVATIONS GROUP

25 May 2020, 12:23contact me to lie, the document i Signed states the policy expires on 08th August 2020/250 000km which ever comes first. now your consultant tells me about 2 services, you are ********* Innovations group. attaching snippets of document I never signed so please just do the right thing and honor the policy we signed stop ripping people off.
