Stay AWAY from Innovation Group-Absa warranty plan

The worst insurance partner I ever dealt with. Took a warranty plan a year ago, and was assured that all mechanical would be covered(service excluded). My car went in for service, they discovered a mechanical issue, Innocation group dodged and dived and eventually told the dealer, the particular part is not covered, I should feel free to report them to the ombudsman. I AM CANCELLING THE DAMN COVER WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I mean I paid my instalments diligently, and this is what I get…mxcm
