Stay Away from Innovation Group!!!!!!

Guys ensure that you stay away from these people. My car was due for a service but a few issues were picked up and thus had to be fixed, since I have a maintanance Plan with this Innovation Group we got hold of them and problems started coming from all corners....one of the parts that had to be replaced was brakes and discs, so this guy named Duane(*********** in the true sense of the word) informs the dealership that they need photos of the discs to prove that they indeed need to be replaced(I mean why would the dealership lie about something like this)....the pics were sent then this Duane guy again calls me and now he tunes me a story about them only paying 75% of the fee because I supposedly took my car in late for the service....ok with that I conceded defeat coz I felt it wont go anywhere...so we send the quote to this Duane guy(so tempted to call him names but will not) but he ignores it and decides to knock off without ensuring that my claim is authorised and not even having the decency to assign the case to one of his colleagues.....I then called and spoke to a Sello and again had to re narrate the story to him and also did not get much joy from him..Pathetic service!!!
