STAY AWAY!!!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is the worse company to deal with. Policy was taken out with them and was paid in full for 24 months and after reading the policy carefully, i queried the start and end date, and then find out from Innovation that they sold the wrong policy, and they cancelling it, i stopped the cancellation and queried it, and found out that Innovation was supposed to sell a policy for a "used car" and not a "new car". This was in January 2020, to date after 20-25 calls i am still waiting for an answer as to weather they going to reinstate the policy or refund my monies and you can only get through to a customer care agent who then logs a query with the admin department who never gets back to you. On top of that, a sales agent from Innovation will call you and tell you that they have been informed about the problem and would like to sell me another policy!!!! I will never deal with this company ever again!
