Standard Bank and Innovation Group selling false policies
Never use the Standard bank and Innovation Group again as they sell you products that can not be used. I took out a policy with Standard bank and Innovation group for a powerup plan, but when trying to claim, It is basically impossible. Their providers want to charge a fee in excess of the cost of the claim plus they want to do a claim. I have been requesting a refund from them due to non performance, and when I called to follow up they say they do not do refunds, even though the policy states so and on the calls I have been advised that they would log a request for refund. They only take your money with the hope that you never claim. I have been to companies where they even advised me to cancel my policy as these guys only take your money.
I see you have refunded me a small amount, without even advising me of the breakdown.
You could not deliver, so why was I not refunded the full amount? If your salespeople are getting commission, you need to recover from them as I cannot be held accountable for your non delivery.
I feel you sell products, not deliver and charge me a fee, thus still robbing the client and making money form us as you do not deliver. Either way you gain by not delivering as You keep a portion of my premiums. Kindly refund me the full amount.
