Spammers with no ability to resolve issues on their own end

This company has my fiancè's companies number on one of their call lists, and has called over 100 times in the last two days looking for somebody else. No one seems capable to remove the number from their call lists and they refuse to put you through to a manager when you ask to speak to one. This is harassment and if something isn't done about it soon they will be report to the ombudsman and a harassment charge laid at the police station.
