Some people are treated different by Innovation

On Thursday, December 18th, I took my car to Bosch for a standard service and additional repairs covered under my extended warranty.

The process has been unnecessarily difficult. Initially, the standard service was approved. However, I was later informed today that the approval was put on hold until I call to request a specific form, complete it, and return it. Only then will they proceed.

Regarding the warranty repairs, the situation is more frustrating. Bosch instructed me to go to Nissan to obtain warranty authorization. I went to Nissan today, where I was informed that this instruction was incorrect. Nissan clarified that they work with Innovation (the warranty provider) regularly, and the extended warranty should be active after 150,000 km. The representative suggested that it might be because of how i look and that's why i'm being given the runaround unnecessarily.

This entire experience feels profoundly unfair. Does dealing with these companies have to be so difficult? Because of these delays, I now must wait an additional 24-48 hours for my car to be repaired. The situation is unacceptable.

Good morning Nozuko. Bosch has informed me they have submitted all requested documents to Innovation. However, Innovation is indicating that some items are still missing. To help clarify the situation, could you please advise what specific documents are outstanding? Once we have that list, I can coordinate with Bosch to provide the correct materials. I want to ensure we get this resolved efficiently.

Dear Nozuko,
I have provided your company with everything requested, including the service book and the start and end dates of the manufacturing warranty. Additionally, Bosch was called in as per your request.
Despite this, your team is now asking for the same information that has already been shared via email. Is this due to oversight, or is there another reason? I would appreciate clarification so we can resolve this efficiently.
Thank you for looking into this.
