Simple request being met with super dodginess

I have spoken to several people over several days and still I don't know what I need to know. I want to know what items from a quote of R72000.00 to fix my car did Innovation reject to pay for as they are only covering R57000.00. Each agent that I talk to tells me something else. Patience (who is clearly not very patient as she dropped the call on me) told me this morning that I need to look at my policy and the quote to determine by myself what they would have covered and what not. How is it that difficult for them to give me a list of what they are not covering? She said that they probably took off labor for the Radiator that they don't want to replace. But guess what? There is no charge for labor of the Radiator on that quote. So they are deducting labor fees for the Engine replacement which they should pay in full. Very very *****.
