Should be callled "collect premiums to reject claims" policy

I am not sure what Tyre and Rim cover is sold for if claims are rejected on the basis are being classified as "cosmetic". I have taken my vehicle to have the rims checked as I had been experiencing which heavy vibrations inside my vehicle due to hitting a pothole and therefore the rim had buckled. Apparently a buckled rim is cosmetic? I also have kerb rash on the same time and a second rim on the vehicle so had processed a claim for the two rims collectively as the policy states two rims per annum. Innovation Group has taken it upon themselves to decide that this damage is "cosmetic'' . In other words, every single claim any customer does will then be rejected as any kind of damage will result in cosmetic damage as a knock on? So then the purpose of taking the most expensive tyre and rim policy to ensure that one is properly covered is only for the purpose of the collection of premiums? Someone correct me if I am wrong here, but kerb rash and a buckled rim should be covered by a tyre and rim policy or what exactly IS covered if that is not? I am very perplexed about what exactly I am paying this policy for? Otherwise please cancel and refund my premiums and I will return to Bidvest who process claims fairly and also in a MUCH better turn around time. This group drags their feet and wants to only collect premiums. If I had any idea that this was a get rich scheme to this group, I'd never have signed up. First tyre and rim policy I have had in my entire life that doesn't cover rim rash and buckled rims.

Good day,

I was also promised the voice recording of the day of sale of the policy days ago. Please note that while you guys are dragging your feet, I am busy damaging brand new tyres by driving with a buckle and whilst I am damaging my brand new tyre which I will also have to replace on my own because you will also not want to hear about the damaged tyre. Most useless tyre and rim policy I have ever had and judding by all the reviews here on Hellopeter, seems like a trend with your crowd. Enjoy eating all our money until we all start moving our business elsewhere.
