Shocking service from Innovation group

Shocking service from this company. I bought a vehicle from we buy cars and I have had endless suspension issues with the vehicle. There was a forced warranty taken with the vehicle and that warranty in question is innovation. Well I must say what a useless company to deal with. You get transferred around like a clown at there so called callcenter. You cannot get anything resolved. My vehicle went to super quick for my back shocks this was authorized by innovation just to fine out today that the only amount paid was R750 out of the R3800. This is a joke. I called the call centre just to get laughed at by the callcenter agents. This company's employees are very unprofessional. I'm now reporting innovation to we buy cars and to the ombudsman. This repair was approved by Dibete Kgomotso on the 17th September
