SHOCKING AND NO SERVICE!!!
To give them a 1 star rating is still complimenting them. Almost 2 weeks to discuss a claim with 0 answers. If you don't call them, you sure as hell will not hear a word from them. Being send from one person to another and every time you hear its being discussed by the technical panel. So you discuss something for almost 2 weeks!!!
You were very fond of taking the payment for the policy. You should actually state in BIG print that we are a **** company and we just give you a **** idea that you a covered should something happen. Back at the ranch you are filling your pockets with other peoples hard earn money. DISGUSTTED is putting it in a good light.
Please call me as I want a complete refund on the policy
