She redeemed the company

though i had to call back to find out if my billing date has been changed, which again is a point down for the Innovation Group. At-least today i spoke to a person who actually sounds like she knows why she is at work and that is to assist customers to the best of her abilities. Zandile Simelane just redeemed the thwarted image i have of this company. Thanks to her, im a bit calmer.
