Service!!! What Service

Absa and Innovation group are ridiculous, your premium you pay can be taken every month without fault but once you want to submit a claim or ask for documents you get put on hold for longer than 10mins with no one giving feedback or they drop the line, I've been without my car for a week now, when I try call again the number does not exist I will 100% not recommend them to my worst enemy !!!!
