Service plan *******

I signed up for a service plan for my vehicle giving them my exact mileage, did my first service no problem, 12months later i needed the second service done, only to be told the policy has expired and i needed to renew it at double the cost of the current one even though the vehicle was supposed to be covered for atleast 3 services and i only did one! after endless hours on the phone with rude customer service agents with terribile attitudes I'm told i was supposed to take note of the criteria when i signed up and needed to pay for the policy for the remainder of the vehicle finance even though the policy has expired. do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company as they are a ******* and has the most horrid customer care!
