Service plan reap off with innovation group.

I have taken a service plan with Innovation group, the plan amount is R12521.52. I took my car for service with them on 23000KM, they only authorized for oil change, fine, next i took my car for service on 35000KM they also Authorized for oil change only. and now I'm told the plan has been finished, so i basically paid 12K for two oil changes. I call the customer care center, and the agent basically told me, it is what it is.
