Service plan issue

I took an extended service plan for my MAZDA BT50 because of an excellent sales pitch regarding my TIMING BELT, so as my bakkie went for its service I asked mazda please to replace the timing they also recommended it should be done. As I went to fetch my bakkie I was notified that INNOVATION GROUP declined it as according to them an thier service schedule it is to early to be done, now 6000km later it happened my timing belt broke now who must pay for it? It's phone call after phone call and I'm getting no where!!!! Why did I take the service plan now I struggle to get to work as I have to travel 100km to work and 100km back home, my vehicle is standing its unaffordable to for myself to fix.

So even though like it happened again today, the oem tecomends and request to replace these things you decline it even though i am in tittled to 1 Cambelt change?! Now i have to carry the costs myself and you just shrug your shoulders and say that the policy states other wise and therefore we will not approve that service to be done, let skip ine payment then is laywers etc but if i am without a vehicle for a whole month all yiu can say is sorry for the inconvenience. Pathetic is all i can say!!!! Here i expect an expert service from a company recomended and a part of MFC (WHOM SUPPLIES EXPERT SERVICE) but its just a disappointment...... Seems to me the Ombudsman is my inly way out. Thank for the respond that actually ment nothing.
