Service plan issue

I took an extended service plan for my MAZDA BT50 because of an excellent sales pitch regarding my TIMING BELT, so as my bakkie went for its service I asked mazda please to replace the timing they also recommended it should be done. As I went to fetch my bakkie I was notified that INNOVATION GROUP declined it as according to them an thier service schedule it is to early to be done, now 6000km later it happened my timing belt broke now who must pay for it? It's phone call after phone call and I'm getting no where!!!! Why did I take the service plan now I struggle to get to work as I have to travel 100km to work and 100km back home, my vehicle is standing its unaffordable to for myself to fix.
