I am very disappointed in innovation group , they talked me through cancelling my old policy and opening a new one. Did all the smooth took the instructions to MFC to finalise the the new policy. Now it’s time for me to service my car they can’t find my new policy 😡😡😡. But they have been taking my money 😡
