Service Plan claim
I have insurance policy with Innovation Group for vehicle service plan for 60000km to 75000km. But now they refuse to settle the claim to service provider, they say that the policy was wrongly captured on their side. It was supposed to be annual 75000 km to 90000km as per their telephonically explanation but policy document written in black and white says 60000km to 75000km.
