Service plan

I have been struggling for a month with these people trying to get my vehicle to the dealer for service. My self and the dealer has tried countless times to call them for authorisation and sending emails but still have not gotten anywhere. Its been a struggle and my kilometers is going up. I want to end my plan with them if its going to go on like this. Thankx
