Today I phoned Toyota Innovation Group. I was served by Mr Dillan Julius. He gave me a professional service, and he was kind and considerate. He promised to sort out what I was enquiring about, and within few minutes after I put my phone down, I received an SMS that showed that he really did what he said he would do to help me sort out my problem.
