Selling false service plan

<p><br />Good day</p> <p>I'm very disappointed with the service I have received and the plan that your company provided for me.</p> <p>The initial plan was for 45000km which must cover 3 services and then later I was told it will be just for 2 services after the hassle to pay for the 1st service and today the car has gone for the second service and am told innovation group will only pay R1619 and it's the last service.</p> <p>This mean I paid R4400 from my pocket for the 1st service and now I will pay the balance again. Is this the type of service.</p> <p><br />Such a poor and disappointing service and why pay for a service plan f you don't get any cover.</p>
