On the 31st of October I took my car to Isuzu to refill my aircon. When they checked they found out that my aircon had a problem called evapo. So they notified my motor plan (innovation group) about my issue thereafter they informed Isuzu that they do not cover the evapo then Isuzu passed the message to me. When I heard this I decided to contact them myself on the 7th of December 2022 and spoke to Lavern Jacob's and she told me that the evapo was not covered. I then told her that the reason why I joined innovation is because I was told it covers everything regarding the aircon, windows etc. I then told her to send me my voice recording with the consultant that convinced me to join , she agreed to that and told me that I would get it after 48 hours and she gave this reference number- Ref no. Qy-***.48 hours went by with no voice recording so I decided to call the innovation customer care and spoke to Katlego Mohashwane on the 14th of December 2022. I explained everything to him and he then told me that the voice recording only comes after 7 days meanwhile Jacobs said 48 hours. Katlego then said to me he was going to investigate my call with Jacobs. He called me back the next day and told me that he listened to the voice recording of my conversation with Jacobs and that Jacobs never said 48h but 7 days. I then told him to also send me the recording of my conversation with Jacobs because now he was making me seem delusional. He proceeded to tell me that he listened to the recording with the consultant that convinced me to join and said that there was nowhere it said that I was covered for my aircon. I then told him again that he should send me the recording because that is what I wanted in the first place. He agreed to sending it and said that I would receive it after the call. Hours hours went by without receiving the recording. I decided to wait 7 days and still received nothing from him.

I am asking for your help. Please help me get the recording with the consultant that convinced me to join. Please help me that my aircon gets fixed because I am struggling. I traveled 3 times to tzaneen from Phalaborwa without an aircon
