**** Innovation Group does

I bought a car on finance with a bank, got a policy from Innovation Group, this is my police number Wbq14947, the other time my car has issue, I took it to bwm to fix, I told the person attending to me, I have a policy with Innovation Group, she told me, I have to pay with my money that Innovation Group do not pay on time, she called Innovation they agreed to cover part of the cost, when the car was fixed, they didn't, I have to pay the full amount myself. I want to cancel my policy with Innovation Group, they are asking me proof of policy purchase when they already know from their record that my car was financed with the bank and i gave them my policy number. All other document they requires of me, have be submitted and they don't want to pay me back money due to me, I see these as a **** from Innovation Group. Note the car is fully paid off with the bank.
