Sales Dept 3rd time writing and still nothing done
this is my 3rd time of writing i got to tell you the Innovation group ( MFC ) is the worst people i have ever dealt with and do not honor they contracts , after been **** to for 2 weeks flat with no the same feedback over and over , Supplier sold me a package and told me they would send me the contract to review within 48hrs with a 5 day cooling period , this was never done and now he contracts states i have a policy for up to 64 months or 200 000KM and now say they will only honor up 60 000KM as per the reps call , total ******* that they want to stick to that yet they are in breach of contract for not sending me the documents to review , be bery careful when dealing with these guys the Supervisor has not return my calls after i have called over 10 times
