I got a call from a sales consultant names Marcus. He offered the different plans to me which I chose one and he advised I will receive a call back to confirm the contract and a copy of the contract will be sent to me. Since then I have not received any feedback from Marcus or any agent from Innovation. My account was debited yesterday and I’m still awaiting a copy of my contract. I have contacted numerous agents spoke to Fundo who promised to send me the contract and no luck, spoke to Buhle and he promised to follow up and explain and send the contract however still no luck. The line keeps cutting and not one agent have reached out to me again.
