S**** SERVICE from Gary Tommy and his Team!!! I called the claims department to enquire about the Terms and Conditions as well as the Procedures to be followed for a refund Claim, because No Disclosure was made on the Policy Documents regarding a refund for a claim should you pay out of your own money. I was advised to use any Fitment Centre of my choice so long as I requested an Invoice and proof of payment. Today they telling me it’s not their RMI and they don’t accept hand written invoices because I might change/***** the amount!!! Why can’t they call and verify with the Fitment Centre and Confirm with them the Exact Amount because they do have a Duplicate Invoice!! You Supply Poor Services!!! Why confirm benefits to a client only to turn around and reject those benefits after a client has specific used his own precious time and money to get clarity on something before doing the wrong thing!
