RUN AWAY!!! DON'T SIGN UP WITH INNOVATION GROUP!!!

This organization is a complete waste of time and energy! This is by far the worse warranty I have ever had! I have been without a vehicle for a week, the turn around to get everything sent to my mechanic was 1 day, however their own employee sent the incorrect forms and took 2 days to get back to my mechanic. Also before this it took me 2 months for them to sort out what my cumulative value actually was as they had the incorrect amount! Their condition is that the mechanic needs to be RMI approved which he is, however they don't disclose that they need a full company report, BEE certification etc. They have been giving my mechanic the complete run around even though he has done work for them before! The service from the call center agents are horrid! The manager Tummy assured me he would stay on top of things, he is this companies only saving grace.

They have not offered me any compensation for the 2 days I have now lost! I will never send business their way again! If ever you want a warranty on your vehicle please don't use this service provider! There are plenty that are quick, efficient and know what is actually going on! They are just after your money!!!!

They are ****s! My mechanic has done work for them 3 times before now they have turned down my quote as his business is not registered how they would like. The only thing they have ever told me was that the mechanic needs to be RMI approved! Now the manager Gary not taking my calls!!!!
