Rude assessor

Hi<br> <br> I would just like to lay a formal complaint against one of your assessors that called me this morning.<br> <br> We have a vehicle in for a turbo repair. Claim was submitted on Friday last week.<br> <br> Your assessor called me this morning and asked for our address without even saying hello or introducing himself.<br> I asked your assessor to tell me who this was first and he abruptly responded that he is the assessor.<br> I then gave the address and then asked him if he could kindly introduce himself in future when calling. He then cut the call on me.<br> <br> A few minutes later he calls back and says that they will arrange another assessor and then threatens that he will take the business and vehicle elsewhere.<br> <br> This reflects poorly against your company and should not be the way we do business.<br> <br> Please advise urgently with regards to the matter above.<br>
