****** by Toyota Car Extended Service Plan

I took an extended service plan with innovation group from Toyota. Service plan was covering from 60km to 90km. When 90km was about to be exhausted, we made another deal, so they extended service plan from 90km to 120km, but they continued with two deductions that were running concurrently, (an amount that covered 60km to 90km & also the amount that covered 90km to 120km). I asked them to stop the other deduction because the car's kilometre’s was above 90km. The consultant that I spoke to, told me that, they cannot stop this deduction (60 km - 90km) because what they've written down on their system is 42 months. According to my understanding, and to what I have agreed on, was either the car reaches 90km or 42 months first and then the contract will be automatically be terminated. I need them to stop that deduction, especially the car is right off.
