Rims and Tyre cover

My experience with this company, I still have not repaired my rims,,,, they say they did not receive email,, yet the dealer sent more than once, I got a call after my first review from them, they say I must buy and send them invoice, but theres no approved place,,,, i know,,, i feel they don't really care how I'm driving from March to date.....
