<p><br />Good Afternoon,</p> <p>I would like to complaint regarding the deductions that were done by Innovation Group. I have joined the service plan for my bakkie and my contract came to an end on 01/01/2016. The company kept on deducting premiums after the contract came to an end. When i called them they promise to repay my 6 months premiums back. My complaint was registered on 06/06/2016 and i was informed that i will receive my refund within 21 working days. Till today i have not received it and none is communicating with me. ********** 468</p> <p> </p>
